Scope of the Service
The specific coaching scope is described in the individual Coaching Engagement Summary. Program duration, fees, payment terms, success-fee arrangements, and other commercial terms are provided separately in the corresponding invoice and the terms stated therein before the engagement begins.
Right of Withdrawal
If you enter into the agreement as a consumer and the agreement is concluded at a distance, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Proprio Development GmbH of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, payments received from you that are subject to the withdrawal will be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will generally use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Services Started During the Withdrawal Period
If you expressly request that coaching services begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and you later exercise your right of withdrawal, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided up to the time of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable law.
Digital Learning Materials and Platform Access
The coaching package may include access to non-physical digital learning materials. If you expressly consent to the immediate supply of those digital contents before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that the withdrawal right relating to those digital contents is lost once supply begins, the statutory withdrawal right for those digital contents expires when supply begins, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
The corresponding express consent and acknowledgement are requested separately in the Coaching Engagement Summary before digital access is provided.

Additional Consumer Information
The specific characteristics of the coaching service, the individual price or method of calculation, payment terms, duration, and any success-fee arrangement are provided to the Client before conclusion of the agreement through the Coaching Engagement Summary and the corresponding invoice. Contract documents and confirmations may be provided electronically, including by email or PDF.
