2. Scope of this Privacy Information
This notice explains how Proprio Development GmbH processes personal data in connection with enquiries, onboarding, coaching engagements, digital learning access, client communication, document review, billing, and related administration.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on the engagement, we may process identification and contact details; professional and career information; CVs, LinkedIn information and application materials; information shared during coaching sessions or in written communications; scheduling and participation information; billing and payment-related information; and technical or usage information generated when using our digital tools and learning platform.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data to communicate with prospective and current clients, prepare and administer the coaching engagement, provide coaching and feedback, review materials, provide digital content and platform access, schedule sessions, manage invoices and payments, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
The primary legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform the coaching agreement; Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is required by law; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests such as secure business administration, service improvement, and the establishment or defence of legal claims; and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where we specifically ask for consent.
5. Recipients and Service Providers
Personal data may be processed by carefully selected service providers that support communication, video conferencing, scheduling, document collaboration, cloud hosting, learning-platform access, invoicing, payment processing, and other business administration. Data is shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
6. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required under applicable data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
7. Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the coaching relationship and the purposes described above. Certain records may be retained for longer where required by statutory retention obligations or where necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
8. Your Rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
9. Complaints
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. For a company established in Bavaria, the competent supervisory authority for the private sector is generally the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
